RULES & REGULATIONS:

Confirmation email and assigned ticket number must be presented to the representative of the KSP Foundation to claim the Grand Prize. Grand Prize may be picked up from the KSP Foundation or mailed to the Grand Prize Winner. The winner must coordinate the best method to receive their prize.
 
Confirmation email with assigned ticket numbers must be present at the time of GRAND PRIZE award.
 
Active KSP Foundation employees and current board members are not eligible to participate..

Due to Postal Regulations, raffle ticket stubs cannot be sent or returned by mail for purchases made over the internet. Ticket sales will end at 5pm on July 17, 2023 (EST). When the order is placed, on-line only, the Kentucky State Police Foundation will complete a ticket(s) for the purchaser by filling in the name, address, phone number, email address, assigned raffle ticket number(s), and place that entry into the authorized raffle receptacle. Each purchaser will receive a confirmation email from the Kentucky State Police Foundation confirming their entry (s) and the purchaser’s assigned raffle ticket number(s). The drawing will be conducted at the KSP Headquarters in Frankfort, KY on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 2:00 pm (EST), and simulcast live via Facebook for all participants to witness the drawing. The winner will be contacted at the conclusion of the drawing, while still live on Facebook. If the winner cannot be contacted then, the Kentucky State Police Foundation will email, and continue to call until the winner is informed that they have won. You need not be present to win. You can verify your ticket numbers via email, or you can contact the Kentucky State Police Foundation at info@kspfoundation.org.

All ticket numbers will be maintained and on file for each purchase. Your confirmation email will serve as proof of purchase for the winning ticket number, and those numbers will be maintained at the KSP Foundation office.

The face value of each ticket is $20. Any additional charge beyond the face value is to offset the cost of Square’s on-line transaction fees. Ticket purchasers will be required to pay those fees.
